SHIPPING & INVENTORY POLICY
We do everything we can to ensure that 'ordered before 5 p.m. on workdays, delivered tomorrow'.
The warehouse packs orders on working days until 5:15 p.m. For deliveries in the Netherlands, these packages are then sent to PostNL the same day, so they are normally delivered the next day (excluding Sundays, because PostNL does not deliver on Sundays). Please note that we always depend on the parcel services whether it is actually delivered the next day. We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery by parcel services or the fulfillment company.
2. What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs applicable to The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are as follows: Postage Costs - €6.95 and Free Shipping on orders above €55.00.
3. Is it possible to pick up the order?
No, unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up an order.
4. Do you also ship to countries outside the Netherlands and outside Europe?
We ship within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Shipping costs are determined per address based on weight and dimensions.
5. Which courier company will my package be delivered with?
Your package will be delivered by PostNL in both the Netherlands and Belgium, unless the products you ordered are larger than 100 cm. Then we deliver with DPD. In the rest of Europe your package will be delivered by DPD.
6. Do you also deliver on Saturdays?
PostNL delivers packages in the Netherlands and Belgium on Saturdays, DPD does not deliver on Saturdays.
7. I have only received part of my order, what now?
It is very common for your order to be transported in multiple packages, given the weight, size or fragility of the products. It may happen that one or more packages are delayed in the sorting process and are still delivered the next day. If you have any questions about this, you can contact us about the delivery of your order via info@decocasa.nl. You can also track the delivery via the track & trace that you received by email.
8. Are all products in stock?
In principle, all products on the website are in stock, unless stated otherwise. It may occasionally happen that you receive a message that you can only enter a limited number for a product. This is because the stock is no longer sufficient.
9. If I place an order and make payment immediately, when can I expect my order?
If we have received your payment immediately on working days before 5 p.m., the order will be presented to PostNL the same day. The warehouse works from Monday to Friday, so orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be packed on Monday and given to the parcel services. Please note that we are always dependent on the parcel services whether it is actually delivered the next day. In addition, we outsource our warehouse to a fulfillment company and they can also make an error in the order picking process, resulting in you receiving the wrong products or as a result of which the package is only offered to the parcel services a day later (in our opinion, a fulfillment company works in line with the market in terms of margin of error). . That is why we advise customers that the sooner you order, the better. We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery by parcel services or the fulfillment company.
